This Copyright Policy explains how copyright applies to content submitted, published, distributed, or made available through Classpedia Publishing, PublishSpace, and the Classpedia Marketplace.

Ownership of Your Work

Authors retain copyright ownership of their original manuscripts and other original materials unless ownership has been transferred through a separate written agreement.

Submitting your work to Classpedia Publishing does not automatically transfer your copyright to us.

We may request additional information before taking action.

Responding to a Copyright Claim

If your book or content is removed or restricted because of a copyright complaint and you believe the complaint was made in error, you may contact us and provide evidence demonstrating your ownership, license, authorization, or other legal right to use the material.

We will review the information provided and take appropriate action based on the circumstances and applicable law.

Third-Party Content

Authors may use third-party materials only when they have the appropriate legal rights or permissions to do so.

Classpedia Publishing is not responsible for obtaining licenses or permissions for third-party material submitted by an author unless this responsibility is expressly included in a separate service agreement.

Classpedia Intellectual Property

The Classpedia Publishing name, branding, website, PublishSpace platform, software, graphics, interface designs, logos, and other Classpedia-owned materials are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

These materials may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially used without authorization from Classpedia Publishing.

Book Covers, Illustrations and Creative Services

Copyright and usage rights for book covers, illustrations, marketing materials, and other creative work produced through Classpedia Publishing will be governed by the terms applicable to the specific service purchased.

Where third-party licensed assets are incorporated into creative work, those assets may remain subject to their original licensing conditions.

Global Distribution

Books distributed through third-party bookstores, marketplaces, libraries, retailers, or publishing platforms may also be subject to the copyright and intellectual property policies of those platforms.

Classpedia may cooperate with distribution partners when investigating legitimate copyright complaints involving books distributed through our services.

Repeat Infringement

Classpedia Publishing may suspend or terminate accounts belonging to users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights or knowingly submit unauthorized copyrighted material.
